'Brooklyn Nine-Nine's' Andy Samberg to Host The 2015 Emmy Awards
LOS ANGELES - SNL alum and star of Fox's hit comedy "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" has signed on to host the 2015 Emmy Awards. The veteran comedian received rave reviews for last year's work as host on the awards show and Fox and the Television Academy of Television Arts & Sciences agreed to bring him back for another show.
Samberg is known for his work on a number of recent films such as "The Lego Movie," "Grownups 2" "Hotel Transylvania," and "That's My Boy." He is currently cast in the upcoming "Hotel Transylvania 2," "Spy Guys" and an untitled project.
Fox will air the Emmys from the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sept. 20 at 8 p.m. ET.
