Olsen Twins Won't be Returning for 'Full House' Reboot on Netflix

LOS ANGELES - Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen will not be reprising their roles of Michelle Tanner in the "Full House" reboot on Netflix, "Fuller House," show producers have confirmed.

The twin fashion moguls have told the show they will not be joining the show featuring original cast members from the venerable family 90s sitcom.

Producer Robert L. Boyett tolod Deadline the twins declined the show's offer to return to the reboot of the

show that spawned their careers. “It has been exciting to see how they have built their professional careers, and I support their choice to focus on their fashion brands and various business endeavors. I appreciate their support and good wishes towards Fuller House,” Boyett told the website.

"Full House" originally ran on ABC from 1987 to 1995 and introduced viewers to the twins when they were less than a year old. "Fuller House," will star "Full House" regulars Candice Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweeten and Andrea Barber, with original stars John Stamos and Dave Coulier appearing as guest stars. It's unclear whether Bob Saget will reprise his role as Danny Tanner, the family's patriarch.

The 59-year-old Saget had been the narrator on the long-running "How I Met Your Mother" which ended its 10-year run on CBS last year.
