Comedy Central Renews 'Workaholics' for Two Seasons

LOS ANGELES - Comedy Central has renewed "Workaholics" for two seasons, extending it for its sixth and seventh seasons. New episodes are set to start in January.
The network said the fourth season of the program received the highest ratings in its time slot among men age 18 to 34 and men 18-24. “Workaholics” was co-created by Blake Anderson, Adam Devine, Anders Holm and Kyle Newacheck, from Mail Order Comedy. Anderson, Devine and Holm star in the show which is directed by Newacheck.
The show tells the story of three unusual friends who work together as telemarketers from 9 to 5 and live together from 5 to 9.
“I remember when the title of this show was ironic,” Comedy Central’s president, original programming Kent Alterman told The Wrap.
