One Joke was Off Limits at Donald Trump Comedy Central Roast

LOS ANGELES - Donald Trump didn't mind jokes at his expense at the 2011 Comedy Central Roast, in ncluding those that made fun of his hair, his failed businesses and even his at times seemingly inappropriate relationship with daughter Ivanka. But one topic was banned by the cantankerous billionaire from the comedy roast.

In an interview in Vulture, Aaron Lee, a writer who has written nearly all of the Comedy Central Roasts over the past 10 years, the beleaguered Republican presidential nominee forbid any jokes that questioned his how wealthy he claimed to be.

Lee said Trump didn't want any jokes that may suggest that he was “not actually as wealthy as he claims to be.”
