Nov. 3, 2026

LOS ANGELES – Country singer Nicole Taylor of the country trio Taylor Red has died. She was 35.
Nicole’s triplet sisters, Nika and Natalie Taylor, announced her death after she had been diagnosed with terminal breast cancer in a TikTok video on Monday, Nov. 2.
Nika and Natalie Taylor shared the news on TikTok, telling their fans that Nicole had been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer in 2022 and had been fighting the disease until her passing.
"We're heartbroken to announce the passing of our sister Nicole Taylor,” Nika said. “We honestly thought she'd be healed here on earth, but now she's healed in heaven."
The sisters said Nicole had fought through the disease, even going so far as doing CrossFit during her chemotherapy sessions.
Nicole, Nika and Natalie first came to fame as a musical group in 2011 after releasing their first album "Red Roots." They would go on to release the albums "The Middle of Nowhere" and "Triplicity."
A private memorial service has already been held. In lieu of flowers, fans may donate to a charity in Nicole’s memory via a link on the band’s website TaylorRedMusic.com.
