Peacock Renews Pete Davidson's 'Bupkis' for a Second Season

LOS ANGELES – Pete Davidson received good news today when Peacock announced his series “Bupkis” has been renewed for a second season.
The series, which is based upon on Davidson’s life, stars Davidson as himself as he attempts to work through often unusual family dynamics as well as the unique challenges that fame brings the as he moves to attempt to form meaningful relationships. Edie Falco and Joe Pesci also star.
Among the guest stars during Season 1 were Machine Gun Kelly, Steve Buscemi, Charlamagne Tha God, Al Gore andJohn Mulaney, among others.
Working with showrunner Judah Miller, Davidson reteams with his “King of Staten Island” co-writer Dave Sirus to dramatize many of his public exploits that include relationships with Ariana Grande and Kim Kardashian. Each episode, however, opens with a disclaimer some of the content is fictionalized.
Davidson writes the series with showrunner Judah Miller as well as Sirus. All three executive produce the show along with Lorne Michaels, Andrew Singer and Erin David.
